THE CHALLENGE
Habitas is a globally recognized resort specializing in authentic experiences in some of the worlds most beautiful and unique environments. We were tasked with the challenge of giving this extremely special organization an equally special and inspiring voice.
THE SOLUTION
The brand spots created for Habitas are visual poetry. They articulate a longing for beauty and connection that resides in all of us, and in so doing, resonate with a deep aspiration in the viewer. We lead with a “people first” mentatlity, shining a light on the humans behind the magic to create a sense of connection with future guests. In short, we created some of our msot inspired work.
HUMAN STORIES = DEEP CONNECTION
This ethos is at the core of what we aspire to create. This spot, like so many of the pieces crated for Habitas, is not specifically about the location or the services offered, but rather about the community behind the company. It is about the people and what they believe in, which allows for us to conenct to something deeper than size of the room or beauty of the view. It is about creating memorable moments and sharing beauty with the world.
BACALAR
DREAMS ARE ON THE WIND
Throughout the extensive brand identities created for Habitas, poetry of word and image coalesce to capture an ethereal artistry that is rare in today’s consumerist-centric communication. By feeling something far more than an advertisement, we are coonvey that Habitas aims to be far more than a resort, it is aspiring to be a transcendent experience. From the grey to the blue, this is your secret path.
IN THE CURRENT… YOU MUST BE STILL
You must be still to feel it… The work itself, and the process to create it, can aptly be described in this way. While documentary reports, and narrative formulates, visual poetry encapsulates. This is done through a highly-tuned intuitive sense throughout the process of initial experience, filming, and by weaving the final tapestry through a mastery of editorial and sound design.
LOCAL FLAVOR
Everything that you eat, everything that you drink, everything that we offer to our guests, has a person and a story behind it. While this is true of every location within the hospitality industry, it is not always given the appropriate attention and care as we have given it here. Through this spot we allow future guests to build a connection to the people and culture of this place before they even arrive. This connection to place and history creates a profound sense of belonging and an integrity that is rare.
MAYAN GOLD – IN LA KESH, HALA KEN
I am another you, and you are another me. This is one of our favorite spots as it is one of our favorite concepts. This is also one of our favorite methods of communicating to future supporters. By exploring the values intrinsic to the DNA of our clients, we find the people who share those values, and in doing so, connect on the level we all long for. Habitas is not mentioned at all in this spot, but their reason for being is communicated with eloquence and beauty.
NAMIBIA
MOVE FROM WITHIN
Everything has a rhythm, a pulse running between us, connecting us all to this land, one heart to another. This piece perfectly captures that rhythm, the energy of life radiating from this location in Namibia.
STORY KEEPERS
When poetry and mood is required to properly articulate the massage, that is what we use. Here, the fascinating history and culture of the Bushmen of Namibia is best documented through documentary. The stunningly beautiful imagery and sound is still present as it is throughout our work for Habitas, but we leaned further into the uniqueness of the people and their connection with their land in order to build a bridge to better understanding this place.

Every time I see nature manifesting itself… it’s like magic. Again, by emphasizing Habitas’s deep connection with the land they inhabit, we are emphasizing Habitas’s deeper system of values— their commitment to excellence, authenticity, and existing in harmony with the culture and nature of their surroundings.
THE MORE WE GIVE THE MORE WE CHANGE THE WORLD
This is a stunning example of what we can be done with less. By stripping down the work, we communicate cleanly and precisely. We emphasize beauty, wellness, and greater purpose, foundational tenets of Habitas.

Heartbeats echoed through canyons wandered by those who came before. The poetry of word, image, and sound articulate the otherworldly feeling of this location, a space that deserves no less than breathtaking, spine-tingling awe. We deliver as only we know how. We hope you agree.
